My life. Documented.

I am an architectural designer living and working in the Seattle area. This blog is used to document my travels around the world.

Microsoft Word just told me I spelled “Color” wrong. It corrected it to “Colour”.

On the British keyboards, the ” and @ symbols have been swapped. ~ and # are on the same key and located where the enter key usually is. I keep mistyping everything and type a # whenever I mean to hit enter.

Apparently Scotish people have to talk slower to make it easier for us Americans to understand them. Once you realize they are doing this, you feel like they think you have mental issues.

When referring to the fact that you are at school or in class, you should say you are in “Uni” (You-Knee).

They have no idea what you are talking about when you say you are here for the “semester”… need to remember that its called “term” now.

Cheers!
